Terms of Service
The commercial terms of a KPI Prism subscription, in the shortest form we could write them. Last updated 7 September 2026.

The agreement
- These terms cover your use of KPI Prism. By opening an account you accept them on behalf of your company.
- We may update the terms with 30 days' notice by email for material changes.

Subscription and billing
- Plans are billed monthly in advance in USD, excluding local sales tax or VAT.
- There is no trial and no annual commitment. Cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid month.
- Plan upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.
- Non-payment suspends access after 7 days' notice; data is retained for 30 days from suspension.

Your responsibilities
- Keep your credentials secure and manage your own team's seats.
- Only connect data sources you are authorised to connect.
- Cost inputs you supply are your responsibility; margin outputs are only as accurate as those inputs.
- Do not resell access, scrape the application, or attempt to circumvent plan limits.

Accuracy and limits of the analysis
- Prism reports and decomposes the data your connected sources provide. It does not audit that data.
- Attribution results depend on the model selected and on platform-reported spend, which platforms restate.
- Scenario modelling is a model, not a forecast or a guarantee of outcomes.
- Business decisions taken on the basis of the analysis remain yours.

Availability and support
- We aim for 99.5% monthly availability excluding scheduled maintenance, which is announced in advance.
- Support is by email, with response targets set by your plan.

Intellectual property and data ownership
- You own your store data and your cost inputs. We hold them to provide the service.
- We own the software, the analysis methods and the interface.
- You may export and use analysis outputs freely within your business.

Liability and termination
- Liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
- Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we delete your store data within 30 days.
